Vault7 (we, our, or us) is decentralized by design. We do not collect or monetize personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service. Most user activity is on-chain and inherently public.
We do not require names, addresses, or other traditional identifiers to use Vault7. You interact via your wallet, and on-chain activity is publicly visible by default.
Transactions on Solana are public. Vault7 cannot alter or remove on-chain records, and anyone can view them through block explorers or RPC providers.
We may temporarily process limited technical data (e.g., request or error logs, abuse-prevention signals) to keep the service stable and secure. These logs are minimized, not used for marketing, and retained only as long as needed for operations or legal compliance.
We avoid tracking. If cookies or local storage are used, they are only for essential functions (e.g., session state or preferences) and not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We may rely on infrastructure providers (e.g., RPC nodes, hosting) that receive network metadata as part of normal internet traffic. We do not sell or share user data with advertisers.
We use industry-standard security for the limited data we process. You control your on-chain assets—protect your wallet keys and devices. No system is perfectly secure.
Operational logs, if created, are retained only as long as necessary for security, debugging, or legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.
Because we do not collect traditional personal data, common data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) generally do not apply. You can stop using Vault7 at any time and manage assets directly via your wallet. For questions, contact support@vault7.cc.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Vault7 after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must discontinue use of the Service.
